Annual plans
Annual subscriptions are refunded pro-rata after the 14-day window if you cancel, minus any usage period already consumed.
How to request
Use the contact form with the subject 'Refund' and include the email on your account. We process refunds within 5 business days.
What's not refundable
Affiliate commissions already paid out, and any usage beyond the current billing period after cancellation.
